1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Agency 2 GmbH and the client.

2. Contract Formation

Offers from Agency 2 are non-binding. A contract is only concluded through written order confirmation.

3. Scope of Services

The scope of services to be provided is determined by the respective offer or order confirmation.

4. Remuneration

Remuneration is based on the prices stated in the offer. All prices are subject to applicable VAT.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are to be paid within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.

6. Liability

Agency 2 is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
